Strategic Planning Seminar is moved to October 7, 2002 from September 27, 2002. Five hundred pesos (P500.00) will be the registration fee, excess of which will be applied to next annual dues. Moderators will be Christine Tan, Hedy Taas, Joy Lorico and Gerry Butardo.

Mission/Vision statement contest set no disqualification for past ARBEX Chairman and for present officers. It is now open to all, amending previous Board Resolution. Deadline for sumbmission is set on November 30, 2002.

A committee was created to finalize the result of the Strategic Planning Seminar. The committee is composed of 8 members, subject to confirmation: Joy Lorico, Jerry Butardo, Noel Pajutagana, Dino Camba, Maricel Cardino, Vic Berrey, Christine Tan and Litz Marchan. Target of finalization and submission of report is on October 31, 2002.

Proposed the collection of solicitation sent by Bank Officers’ Club, Inc. (BOCI) be coursed through ARBEX. ARBEX will remit the collection to BOCI.

Proposed giving of Christmas gift worth P2,000 for the Controllership Department as goodwill, specifically for those involved in the processing of per diems and liquidation of advances.
